Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once payment is received, a copy of the invoice will be sent via email to you. If not, please email query@crockettandjones.co.za, a copy will be sent to you for your records

How can I return an item?

Where can I ship my order?

Your order is to be shipped to either your home or work address. Please provide a address where someone is available to receive the order. 

I wasn't here when you came to deliver my package! What now?
Skynet will attempt three times if not available,  on the third they will return the order to our warehouse.
Can I change my delivery address?

The address can be changed if the order has not been shipped. Please reach out to either Skynet or query@crockettandjones.co.za, we will try our best to assist you. 

What are your hours of operation?

Our website never closes – you are free to purchase 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
