I placed my order for 2 pairs of shoes on the 03rd of Aug; the order was processed immediately on the next working day (Mon, 05 Aug) & couriered, and they also communicated the processing of my order. I am very happy with the way Bolton Footwear handled my order.Problems happened on Skynet Courier's side; I had issues dealing w/ them. There was no communication received from Skynet Couriers, from the time they received my parcel until delivery. The only communication I got from them was when I called them on Thurs 08 Aug @ 13:08, on the date of delivery to enquire about the order. According to the courier, there was no communication since my order was being delivered on a budget option! And my parcel could only be delivered btw 2pm & 5pm only, as per budget option. I would have appreciated communication (from Skynet Couriers) informing me of the approximate time of delivery, so that I could plan my day. Even on the day of delivery, they did not bother informing me that my parcel had conditions - including afternoon delivery. I waited at home for my parcel since the morning! Skynet Couriers has extremely rubbish service, I will never associate myself with them in future.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on Friday the 2nd of August. I could not believe it when on Monday the 5th at around 10, I was called to receive my order. My friends call me Bigfoot because I wear size 13 shoes. Over the years I have been wearing shoes because they fit not because I liked them. All the pairs I ordered are perfect fits. I am without any doubt a super happy customer. I saved a lot of money (almost 50%) and got to choose my shoes for the first time in years.

The formal shoes (Crocket & Jones as well as Barker) are stylish, comfortable and long lasting. These excellent quality South African made shoes are highly recommended.

I bought a grasshopper for R899 for my son size 8 on December and the quality is the best, now it's half a year but it looks like it's never worn I'm very happy with Bolton and on December again I need to buy a size 6 for my second son also.Bolton keep up the good work your quality can't be compared with anyone I promise you♥️♥️

I bought a pair of ladies Timbego boots (rust/blue) from Bolton's. Delivery was very fast with zero issues, and the shoes are beautiful. The quality is great, and they fit very comfortably (coming from someone with difficult feet this isn't a light compliment!). If you have your eye on any of their shoes, no reason to hesitate.
